This behavior causes these symptoms to appear when you are immersed in the task or after the task is finished.

First, you should always give yourself a break in your life with a certain amount of rest. Just as you took 50 minutes off from school and took 10 minutes off, you should also take a
certain amount of rest time at work or at home to watch TV, computer, or cell phone. Especially in the case of eyes, it is necessary to relieve eye fatigue by looking away for 5 ~ 10 minutes once an hour.

Second, change the environment
You need to create a work environment that suits your body, not a comfortable work environment.

The monitor should be separated by 50~70cm, and the height and position of the monitor should be adjusted. They also say that the wrists placed on the keyboard should remain neutral without bending, the elbows should not be bent excessively by more than 70 degrees, and the height of the chair should be kept so that the knees are bent about 90 degrees so that it is not too high, and it is not recommended to sit and recline on the edge or inside of the chair excessively.

Third, health
checkupsMost modern people are immersed in work, living with IT devices from the beginning of the morning until they go to sleep in the evening. As a result, most people put off taking care of their own health or don't check it out.

It is important to maintain an appropriate weight according to BMI (Body Mass Index) and various stretching and core muscle strengthening exercises that should be done every day and to check and treat your health through checkups.

Fourth stretching

When you are at home watching TV, working, or watching your phone, you need to do light stretches once an hour to relieve muscle stiffness as much as possible.

Fifth, wear glasses for VDT

People with myopia or presbyopia are advised to wear glasses for VDT under the prescription of a doctor.

Finally, you need to find ways to reduce stress and have fun working. People who work happily say that even if they stare at a monitor all day, there are not many people who show VDT syndrome.
